Don’t Push the Button by Bill Cotter
Published by Sourcebooks Jabberwocky
Larry, a little alien looking fellow, has one rule in his book, DON’T PUSH THE BUTTON.
Well, what a rule, honestly, the button is big and red and well, he told us not to push it, so of course, as any other human being would, especially a 4 year old, we pushed the button.
Ooops, Larry turns yellow. Oh dear, even Larry says push the button again. Oh dear, trouble ensues…
The button certainly isn’t working, so Larry luckily consults a So You Pushed The Button book.
We loved the solution to getting Larry back to normal, and of course, Larry being the dare devil he is, thinks it might be fun to just give that ol button one more push…
A super fun and engaging book, that will have the most reluctant kid or adult reader, willing to take the journey with Larry. I high recommend for ages 3-6, but of course can be enjoyed by those a little older too. A sturdy board book, with simple but endearing illustrations by Bill Cotter is sure to be a hit in any household.
Excuse me, I see a big red button that I believe I may have to push…
